These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website logisticsloft.com and the services provided by LogisticsLoft LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.
LogisticsLoft is a property broker and third-party logistics provider arranging the transportation of freight by motor carriers. We are not a motor carrier ourselves; transportation is performed by independent carriers selected from our network.
Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated and assume the shipment dimensions, weight, freight class and accessorials provided at the time of quoting are accurate. Material changes may result in price adjustments.
Invoices are payable Net 30 days from invoice date unless other terms are agreed in writing. Past-due balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
Standard cargo liability is $100,000 per shipment. Higher coverage is available on request. Claims must be filed in writing within nine (9) months of delivery, in accordance with 49 U.S.C. § 14706 (Carmack Amendment).
You agree to provide accurate shipment information, properly pack and label freight, ensure freight is ready at the agreed pickup window and have authorized personnel available to sign for delivery.
We do not transport household goods, live animals, currency, hazardous materials without prior written approval, illegal items, or any commodity prohibited by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LogisticsLoft's liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, road closures, strikes, pandemics or governmental actions.
All content on logisticsloft.com — including text, graphics, logos and software — is the property of LogisticsLoft LLC or its licensors and protected by US and international copyright laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wise County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
