Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you wanted to know before sending us your first load.

How fast will I receive a quote?

Quotes for standard FTL and LTL lanes are returned within 2 business hours. Specialty freight (flatbed, oversize, hazmat) may take up to 4 hours while we confirm carrier availability.

What areas do you cover?

All 48 contiguous United States plus cross-border service to Mexico via Laredo, El Paso and McAllen. Alaska and Hawaii are available through partner carriers on request.

Is my freight insured?

Yes. Every shipment includes $100,000 in cargo liability coverage at no extra cost. Higher-value freight can be insured up to full replacement value — just let your coordinator know the declared value at booking.

How does your pricing work?

We quote flat, all-in rates that include line haul, fuel and standard accessorials. The price you see at booking is the price on your invoice — no fuel-surcharge adjustments after the fact.

Can I track my shipment?

Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking link with live GPS updates and automated milestone alerts (pickup, in-transit, delivered) by SMS or email — your choice.

What payment terms do you offer?

Standard terms are Net 30 with an approved credit application. New accounts may start with prepaid or credit-card billing while credit references are verified.

What if I need to cancel a load?

Cancellations made before driver dispatch are free. After dispatch, a truck-not-used (TNU) fee may apply, typically $150–$350 depending on lane.

Do you handle international freight?

We focus on US domestic and US ↔ Mexico cross-border shipments. For ocean and air freight outside North America, we partner with vetted forwarders and can make introductions.
