LogisticsLoft was founded in 2017 by Julian Bock, a former carrier dispatcher who got tired of watching shippers get burned by hidden fees and missed pickups. Starting with one box truck and a laptop on his kitchen table in Bellevue, Texas, Julian built the company on a single principle: every shipment matters, and every customer deserves a phone call back.
Nine years later, that principle hasn't changed — but the operation has. Today LogisticsLoft moves over 12,000 shipments a year, operates 32,000 square feet of warehousing and partners with more than 4,500 vetted carriers across North America. We're still small enough to know every account by name, but big enough to handle the toughest lanes.

Julian started his career as a dispatcher at a regional carrier in Fort Worth before launching LogisticsLoft in 2017. He oversees carrier relationships, pricing strategy and the company's long-term growth roadmap.
Our coordinators are based in Bellevue, TX and are reachable Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM Central. Each one handles a portfolio of accounts so you always speak to someone who knows your business.
